We provide operations support for medical facilities — business planning, business development and in-house software — and create facilities that add value to medical facilities.

medical facility operations support

Operations support for medical facilities

As headquarters, we take on business planning, patient acquisition through websites and advertising, recruiting, procurement, legal work such as contract review, and claims review for KAIZEN Group clinics. Aligning operating procedures across every clinic, including those that joined through succession, is also part of our role.

in-house software

In-house software

We build our own booking, intake questionnaire and reception systems, shaped around how we actually work. We develop with AI agents, and what we notice when test-booking ourselves, or what doctors say after looking at a screen, usually reaches the staging environment the same day.

Our booking system, Galapagos, is scheduled to go into production in November 2026 at Kids Clinic Marumaru, a new pediatric clinic opening that month. Patients can complete their booking entirely within LINE, and booking slots and questionnaire settings can be changed simply by asking AI. We welcome inquiries about adoption and partnership from medical corporations and healthcare providers.

new clinics & m&a

New clinics and M&A

From opening to succession, we support every stage of running a medical practice.
That covers everything from launching a new clinic to M&A of medical corporations and post-merger management. We don't stop at the plan — we work on site alongside the team until operations are on track.

Newly opened clinics and clinics that joined through succession run on the same operating know-how and the same software. The group opened its first clinic in Meguro in January 2024, completed its first M&A in January 2025, and in December 2025 took over a medical corporation running two clinics, in Shinagawa and Hatanodai. A new pediatric clinic is scheduled to open in Jiyugaoka in November 2026.

facilities beyond the clinic

Facilities that add value to medical care

To raise the value of medical facilities, we create facilities separate from the clinics themselves. In January 2024 we opened erb, a herbal ice-cream stand next to Ladies Clinic Naminami, and in April 2026 Studio KAJi, a women-only yoga and pilates studio in Meguro.

erb is an ice-cream stand where people can stop by as a small reward after a clinic visit. It exists to make coming to the clinic feel a little easier.

medical equipment

Takayama Medical Exchange

A subsidiary that buys and sells medical equipment. It connects healthcare providers looking for equipment with providers that want to part with equipment they no longer use.

We welcome inquiries from anyone looking for equipment for a new opening or a replacement, and from anyone wishing to part with equipment because of a closure, relocation or upgrade.

Please write to [email protected], in English or Japanese.
